Craig is the former Director of Insurance Operations for three dealership groups in Texas and for many years ran the largest and most financially successful agencies in the small group with Chuck Nash Auto Group, the medium division with Capitol Chevrolet in Austin Texas, and the large division with Pat Lobb Toyota of McKinney TX. He was also part of Allstate’s Auto Dealership Division Program (AADP) as the 22nd group to enter the market in November of 2012. In this position he taught the dealership division training classes in Northbrook, IL nine times, and led the National Leadership Forums in Las Vegas and Orlando for AADP. This experience gave him the opportunity to consult with more than 150 dealer groups nationwide before deciding to leave in 2015 to create a truly independent insurance solution specifically built for auto dealers. After joining forces with his two co-founders they created dealerCor and have grown their company to serve dealers in 13 states; and established programs in more than 60 rooftops from California to Florida.
Craig has over 25 years of experience as an innovator and leader in multi-line insurance brokerage, technology, risk management, healthcare, and third-party administration (TPA). He begin his career as a life agent in an independent agency, then formed his own agency and built it into a leading agency in Texas. As a senior manager, he has recruited and mentored several operational, management and sales teams to superior production through proven techniques utilized by Fortune 1000 companies.
In 1994 Craig founded an employee benefits technology company known as BeneTec. This was the first technology company to automate the enrollment of all employee benefits offered by an employer for small, medium and large groups. Over the last several years he has focused on innovative solutions and products for automotive dealerships. This has included the management of healthcare across the entire spectrum of products and services for employer health plans. He joined dealerCor in January of 2017 as a Co-Founder and currently is implementing a full service offering for an independent agency to recruit, buy and build the P&C and Employee Benefits divisions through dealership agencies.
Kolleen has over three decades of experience in the automotive industry. She has owned her own automotive consulting business for the past twenty years specializing in bringing new profit centers into car dealerships. She enjoys sales training, motivational speaking, and integrity sales training. Four years ago, she saw an opportunity for car dealers to capitalize offering automobile insurance to their own customers.
She began the process of incorporating insurance as a profit center into the dealership. Because of her success in combining these two industries, it is now her main focus! Prior to opening her own company, she was a Regional Manager with JM&A Group for five years. She won the award for “Most New Business” every year she was eligible at JM&A. Prior to that she was in the retail automotive business and held positions as the F&I Director, F&I Mananger, aftermarket sales, Sales Manager and General Sales Manager.
Tom has been in the Finance and Insurance business for over 30 years, from being an F&I Director to having his own business providing finance and insurance products for dealers he truly knows the car business and the products that automotive groups need to be successful.
